The Universal Implant Expander set makes use of conical osteotomes with convex tip that, used in sequence, allow you prepare the implant site without bone loss, compress the bone horizontally and modulate crest thickness depending on bone density. The design of these expanders makes it possible for the clinic to use numerous cylindrical and conical design implant systems, which simplifies the organization of kits of dedicated osteotomes for the various implant shapes used.
