The POLYOMINI surgical suture is a non-absorbable polyfilament suture that is made with polyethylene terephthalate based material, which is a biologically inert material with low tissue reaction.
The fibres are dyed green and silicone coated to make the surface smoother and more even.
The polyester suture is distinguished for its greater tear resistance and lower risk of tissue reactions compared to silk.
ADVANTAGES:
The HRT needle consists of a quadrangular pyramid shaped tip and an oval body. This particular structure allows good penetration into the soft tissues without creating lacerations and without the needle turning in the needle holder. This needle is particularly indicated for use in periodontal surgery and dental implant surgery.
