The data controller is 03 January 2019.

Purpose

A) OBLIGATORY

The collection of personal data collected from the interested parties, subject to processing, is essential to meet the demands of users for the purpose of account registration. Any incorrect or insufficient communication of the requested data may result in the total or partial impossibility of following up the requests of the interested party. In particular, the processing of personal data will be aimed at providing services, in favor of users / visitors / customers, related to the conclusion and execution of the contract for the purchase of materials on this site.

B) OPTIONAL

We may use your contact details to provide you with further information and / or offers on products, services or initiatives offered or promoted by the Owner

Provision of data

The provision of data is mandatory, for point A purposes. The consent for the purpose in point B is instead optional, where any refusal will not affect the establishment / continuation of the main relationship

Method of treatment

The processing of data is carried out through paper, computerized and telematic supports by internal individuals specifically appointed. The data are stored in electronic archives and, in a residual way, on paper. The Data Controller will put in place technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of risk.

Data communication and circulation

Your data, object of the processing, shall not be circulated, sold or exchanged with third parties without expressed consent from the interested party. Data may be communicated to third parties which fall under the following categories:

-          entities or individuals who provide information system management services

-          professional firms or companies who provide assistance and consultancy services;

-          competent authorities in order to comply with legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.

Data transfer abroad

The personal data of the person concerned will not be transmitted to third countries. Should personal data be transferred to third countries or international organisations in the future, all the provisions of Chapter V (EU Regulation 2016/679) will be respected in order to ensure an adequate level of protection.
