Credit Cards
In cases of purchase of goods with credit card payment, together with the conclusion of the on-line transaction, the bank of reference will authorize only the amount of your purchase.
The amount relating to the goods dispatched, even partially, will be actually charged on the credit card of the customer when the order will be processed.

In the event of order cancellation made by the customer or in case of rejection of the same by Omnia S.r.l.. Simultaneously will be required by Omnia S.r.l. the cancellation of the transaction and the release the amount involved. 
Times of release for certain types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system. 
Once the order / transaction has been canceled, in no event Omnia S.r.l. will be responsible for any damages (direct and indirect) caused by the delay in the failure to release the amount committed by the banking system. 

In the event that the customer's order will be processed later than five days from the date of submission, however, Omnia S.r.l. will debit the amount on the customer's credit card (even if in advance of the physical delivery of goods ordered), the only to avoid the expiration of the authorization transaction.
 
Omnia S.r.l. reserves the right to request the Customer information or sending a copy of documents proving ownership of the credit card used.
In case of no allegation of these data, Omnia S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse the order.

At no time during the purchase process Omnia S.r.l. is able to know information about the customer's credit card, sent via secure connection directly to the bank that handles the transaction.
No archive of Omnia S.r.l. retain such information.
In no event will Omnia S.r.l. be responsible for any fraudulent and unfair credit card used to make payments perpetrated by third parties.
