Each purchase will be governed by the provisions concerning the regulations for consumer protection in distance contracts referred to in Legislative Decree No 09/09/2005 206 and, therefore, the customer can exercise a right of recess, in terms and in the manner prescribed by the Italian law.
The customer has the right, within 10 working days from the receiving of goods ordered, to exercise the return right, that is to return the purchased goods to the seller and the resulting refund of the price.
NB: please note that in the event of purchasing promotional and / or prize (in which the purchase of an asset is combined with another product which is sold at a price of "ridiculously low" or given) the right of withdrawal can be legitimately exercised the return of both goods to be purchased, given the constraint of the same supplemental. In the case of promotions that include two or more goods and in all cases where promotions and / or price advantages are the result of a combined purchase of several items, the right of withdrawal is exercised over all the assets involved in the promotion.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in case of supply of goods made to specifications or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to change or deteriorate rapidly.
How to exercise the right of recess
The right of recess can be exercised within a maximum time of 10 working days from the date of the occurred delivery , by sending a letter with a return receipt, containing the express wish to exercise their right of recess, to:

such communication can be anticipated, within the same period, by e-mail to email@example.com if confirmed by registered mail within 48 hours.
To exercise this right you must provide:
-the original invoice (always present in the packaging and handling);
-the number of order;
-in case of partial recess, the product code;
-the bank transfer details for the return of the price paid (if you dont have a bank account, you can provide that of a family member, making explicit mention by sending an e-email address firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com to authorize Omnia S.r.l. to credit the amount on the bank details provided);
-copy of the notice of intention to exercise the right of recess.
The goods object of the recess, when returned, must be intact, undisturbed conditions in the original packaging and complete (Omnia S.r.l. reserves the right to verify the arrival of the returned goods, tampering and / or alterations).
All postage and packaging for return shipment shall be borne by the customer who wishes to take advantage of the right of recess.
How to make a return shipping
After communicating, in the manner specified above, the intention to exercise the right of recess, you should take all precautions to protect the goods from any damage.
Therefore the object of returning the goods must be returned in their original packaging or in any case with packaging suitable for the particular type of goods (as specified above, the costs of packaging and shipping will be charged to the customer making the return shipment ).
Enclose copy of the communication of wish to exercise the right of recess to the package.
We recommend to use Courier or other means to allow the traceability of the consignment.

Please note: if the return shipments lost their copy of the notice of intention to exercise the right of recess, or otherwise having no copy of the invoice or order number, they will be evaluated at the discretion of Omnia.
We will also not accept shipments made in cash or with fees for Omnia S.r.l.
If the procedures are properly followed, Omnia S.r.l. will charge back the amounts paid by the customer (the current account indicated by the latter in the manner specified above) within a maximum of 30 days from the date it became aware of to exercise the right of recess to the package, but not before they have received the shipment back and checked the status of the assets subject to withdrawal (except of course remain the shipping of goods, which are charged to the customer).
RETURNED GOODS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
▪ In the case of defective goods
the same will be returned to Spa Omnia within 7 days of receipt.
The postage and packaging for return shipment shall be borne by customer.
Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded (if exhausted) by Omnia S.r.l..
▪In case of damage
If you receive packages by Omnia S.r.l. visibly damaged by the courier, (packaging broken) you can do as follows:
-if it is more packages, dismiss the damaged package to the sender mail by signing the receipt "With Reserve", will then be our care to provide for the return of the damaged package and send it back;
-but if it is a shipment from a single package, reject the shipment to the sender and as before we will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment.
In the case of exhaustion of the product broken, you will be contacted for a replacement if you will not find any product in our catalog in place, Omnia S.r.l. will return the sums paid.
